The Art Gallery is situated behind Parnells Cafe at 77 Liverpool Street. You can just wander up through the garden to this treat and view original works by traditional water colourist Anthony A Prout. Anthony now lives in Melbourne and is constantly replenishing the gallery here. His objective at the moment is to make available more New Zealand subject. Every now and then something of Wanganui turns up. They are very special and quite sought after. Feel free to check if gallery is open and visit yet another experience. Especially selected prints signed by the artist from the most popular original works are now on show and available for sale. A framing service is also available on request
